《課程說明》

無論在人際關係、社群關係、甚或國際關係,衝突通常來自於認同的差異、利益的不調和、以及立場的不妥協。這些衝突,其規模可大可小,小者心生怨恨、不合作、或齟齬、對抗;大者則可能出現激烈爭鬥、武裝衝突、甚至大型戰爭。原本是小衝突,也可能失控衍生重大的災難。事實上,人際關係、社群關係、國際關係不可能完美無缺,否則大家都是天使,也無需政府的管理了。學者謂衝突出自於人性,為與生俱來,衝突也不可能消失。正因為如此,各種形式的衝突,常常圍繞在你我左右。既然無法完全避免衝突,那麼如何在衝突當中,認知衝突的本質、尋求解決之道、一方面以避免玉石俱焚、另方面尋求雙贏或多贏的結果,才是面對衝突的正確態度。最好是能在一開始時,預知衝突的來源、事先預防、所謂防範於未然。因此有充分的預防、在處理時便能減少損失,甚至從中提升自身的利益與聲望。個人如此、企業如此,國家又何嘗不然?
