104學年第二學期西洋法律思想史專題 課程大綱 陳起行
主題：私法問題研究– 德行的歷史與比較觀點
時間：每週三上午九點至十二點
地點：法學院十四樓研討室
說明：德行法理自上世紀六零年代哲學界重新重視希臘德行倫理後，以較緩慢的速度發展。本課程期望進一步思索當前私法上的理論課題，啟發思考德行法理能否提供解決課題的新路徑。選讀文獻包括德行思想歷史及比較，古希臘私法思想及制度，其他德行法理相關研究，以及當今私法理念課題。此一領域十分廣闊，歡迎修課同學自行選讀其他相關研究文獻，在課堂上帶動討論。前兩週，授課教師將介紹德行倫理以及法理思想的發展趨勢，以及該思想的主要論述。這是一個正在快速發展的領域，本課程期待同學能進入此一領域，開啟對話。
