國立政治大學國際研究英語碩士學位學程(International Master’s Program in International Studies)成立於2012年8月，隸屬於國立政治大學國際事務學院，於行政體系上與學系、獨立研究所相同，所有課程均為英語教學，主要目標是招收國際學生來台接受國際事務教育，成為政大在海外開枝散葉的力量之一。
學程結合應用經濟、商、政治和外交各學科的知識，並著重國際發展、國際衝突與談判，為國內首創。
首任主任為本校外交學系教授黃奎博博士，現任主任為本校外交系教授李佳怡博士。
International Master’s Program in International Studies (IMPIS) at National Chengchi University (NCCU), established in August 2012, aims to bring a broad interdisciplinary focus to the understanding and study of contemporary international relations. It provides an intensive learning and application of knowledge of economy, business, politics, diplomacy, and international organizations in a world of globalization.
The diversity and passion of IMPIS students and faculty members will make the study in Taiwan more productive. Each year IMPIS receives 20 master degree students, and they come not only from Taiwan but also from all over the world. IMPIS is collaborating with various teaching and research units of NCCU to guarantee the quality of teaching and learning and the quantity of the courses to be offered. Those who plan to enter international affairs related professions or to continue doctoral studies in the related fields, as well as mid-career professionals, are encouraged to apply.
課程理念規劃
現課程規劃分為兩大部分：
1.核心必修課程（「研究方法」、「國際關係理論」與「政治經濟學」）
2.選修課程
未來更規劃選修課程與其他校內單位合作，逐步充實國際非傳統安全、亞太、美國、歐洲、日本、拉丁美洲、俄羅斯與東歐、非洲等八大類課程。
There are 2 parts to the curriculum:

Every IMPIS students must complete these courses.
(2) Elective courses (21 credits)
修業規則
本學程規定畢業標準需修滿至少30學分及完成碩士論文，學生應在2~4年內修完成課程及畢業規定。
本學程規定畢業標準需修滿至少30學分(包含必修9學分及選修21學分，修習外系所課程至多9學分，其中可以中文或英文授課)及完成碩士論文，學生應在2~4年內修完成課程及畢業規定。
*自105學年度開始，畢業學分自33學分調降至30學分；調整亦適用於104學年度入學之學生。
Graduate Requirements
IMPIS requires completion of a minimum of 30 credits and a MA thesis (project) for graduation. Students need to complete all their courses in 2-4 years to fulfill all the program requirements.
*The requirement of graduation credits is adjusted from 33 credits to 30 credits since academic year 2016/17; this adjustment is also applied to students who was enrolled in academic year 2015/16.
